If you are from general category, then it seems quite difficult. But with some reservation, you might get a seat. But still you can try for some lower branch in new IITs. You might get one. But again, you cannot be dependent only on this. Go for NIT counselling as well and other IIIT counsellings.
I hope this was helpful.
Naryana Sri Chatainya and FITJEE are the best coaching institute in Hyderabad.
Hi,
I think you should join any other college because there are various fields after completing the B.Tech degree.
Have a good day.
Thank you.

Then comes the mock seat allocation, in this process you will get to know which seat you will get according to your preferences. Then you will have 1 day time to change your choices if you want. Then the first round seat allocation takes place. Now comes the main part, document verification. You need to go to the nearest IIT and get your documents verified. If all your documents are verified, then your seat will be confirmed. Congrats.
The procedure is same for NITs too. Hope this an... View more
Hello Navneet,
At least, presently there is no mandatory training while doing engineering. However, AICTE is thinking of introducing this in coming years to improve employability of pass out engineers. But then, this is in future at present.
There are some IIITs, NIFT also. These all are central government colleges. Each state also has some reputed engineering colleges. All the best.
No, you do not have a chance. It would be better if you try for GFTIs.

Having a rank of more than 2000 in the ST category in JEE Advanced may prevent admission to the more popular streams in top IITs. But you still hold a possibility of getting admission into another branch or newer IITs. Admission cutoffs change every year depending on variables such as the number of applicants, seats, and difficulty in exams. One would do well to visit the original Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) website for up-to-date, in-depth cutoff details.

No, there is no sports person quota in the IITs so you start preparing for JEE Advanced.
It depends from college to college. Some nits have annual fees of INR. 1.5lakh and some are little bit lower around INR. 1.2 lpa. But, fees of IITs are around INR. 1.6 lpa or above. So, IITs are more costly. But, who cares for that cost, which is making your life better in future. Also, people get various types of scholarships, so fees are no longer a burden to them. Best of luck.
Yes, the NITs can be considered as a viable alternative to the IITs. NITs are equally regarded and offer excellent education in Engineering. They have a good reputation for quality education, experienced faculty members, excellent facilities, strong industry connections, high placement rates, and popular branches such as Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and more. Additionally, admission to NITs is less competitive than that to IITs due to the larger number of seats available, but the average package offered during placem... View more
