As you want to get admission IIT-Delhi which is one of the top IITs, so you need to score higher to get any good branch there. Any thing near 180-190 in JEE Advance will land you in IIT-Delhi.

It's a tough one. If you want to join the core sector after engineering, go for IET Lucknow. And if you are okay with joining a non-core job, it may be anything like consulting or coding. Then, join IIT BHU. IIT gives the exposure and experience.
