It doesn't matter as you are from Andhra Pradesh. It only needs the student who has good score in IPE like above 95% or you can also get admission through JEE Mains exam where your score must be above 85%. So work well and do the best.

Different countries have different requirements. Overall, MBBS admissions are very competitive and some countries don't admit foreign students. To study in UK you have to give UKCAT and can apply after 12th. But if you want to study in USA or Canada you must first complete a Bachelor's degree there and take MCAT. Similarly in Australia you have to take UMAT. So, it depends. You must also be academically very strong.
