<p>Candidates should read the information brochure before filling the application form.&nbsp;CEED Brochure would have information about eligibility criteria, documents required, application fee structure, and case certificate. It may be noted that only such candidates who have been assigned a merit rank in CEED 2026 may apply for admission.</p>

<p>IIT Bombay released the admission schedule for the CEED 2026 exam, including the application start and last dates, at the time of the release of the application form. The CEED application form was open from October 01, 2025 till November 05, 2025 with regular fees.&nbsp;</p><p>Late fee window was open from <strong>November 06, 2025 to November 07, 2025.</strong></p>

<p>To appear in the CEED 2026 exam, the candidate must have passed a degree, Diploma, or postgraduate degree exam of minimum three years. <p>Candidates can know the status of their CEED 2026 application form on the official registration portals of the exam. In a situation wherein any more information or document is required then the CEED office gets in touch with aspirants through their registered email. It may be note that complete applications will be rejected.</p><p>The candidate must carefully go through the step-wise process to fill out the form.</p>

<p>Eligibility criteria for appearing in CEED 2026 exam are prescribed by IIT Bombay. Criteria are given in the information brochure. <p>Result of CEED 2026 is prepared by giving weightage to CEED Part A and Part B. Part A will carry 25% marks. Part B will carry 75% marks. Final score is calculated using a formula.&nbsp;</p><p>CEED Final Score = 0.25 x Marks obtained in Part A + 0.75 x Marks obtained in Part B.</p>

<p>CEED 2026 scorecard will become available for download from March 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026. After this, candidates will not be able to download the scorecard. CEED Scorecard can be downloaded from the official website.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The application form for CEED 2026 is closed now.</p><p dir="ltr">When filling form, the candidate should compulsorily choose THREE cities in the order of preference. There is no option to select an exam centre when filling out the form. Candidate can only select an exam city.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Candidates who have been assigned a merit rank in CEED 2025 are eligible for admission to the M.Des course offered by participating institutes. Note that in the case of CEED 2025, there will be no Joint Seat Allotment process conducted by IIT Bombay. It will, however, not release any admission cut-off.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">The <strong>qualifying cut-off for Part A will be released on February 6, 2025</strong>. <p dir="a;ltr">Candidates can request for a change in the test city and the same will be accommodated by authorities provided there is a valid reason. To change the CEED 2024 exam city, candidates need to make a request to the office of the Chairperson, IIT Bombay within the stipulated time. The CEED 2024 exam will be conducted in <strong>27 cities</strong> (up from 24 in the last edition) across the country. Each of these cities can have one or more exam centres. The name of the exam centre allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the admit card.</p>

<p>The scorecard of CEED 2025 was released on March 10, 2025; the candidate can download the scorecard till July 31, 2025.</p><p>The validity of the scorecard will be one year from the date of its issue. Using the scorecard, the candidate can apply for admission to both CEED 2025 participating and result-sharing institutes.</p><p>The scorecard will carry details like the Qualifying status and Part A marks. Open &amp; category-wise Merit rank, and Part B &amp; Total marks will be issued only if the candidate has qualified Part A.</p>

<p>The CEED exam has two parts - Part A and Part B. The Part B answer booklet will be evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Part A. The minimum marks needed to qualify Part A is the qualifying cut-off for CEED - Part A.</p><p>On the other hand, the admission cut-off would be released by the CEED participating institutes. It is the minimum score one needs to score for admission to the M.Des programmein their chosen category.</p>
