<p>The CEED test consists of 41 questions that students must answer correctly. NAT, MCQ, and MSQ questions are all included in Part A of the CEED exam. In the CEED Part A exam, candidates can receive up to 100 marks. It has a 25% weight. Part A will consist of a one-hour computer-based test. Take note that there are two parts to the CEED exam: Part A and Part B. It is required to complete both sections. A candidate will not be considered for admission if they attempt Part A but not Part B.</p>

<p dir="ltr">CEED exam has two sections Part A and Part B. Part A will be conducted in online mode and Part B will be conducted offline. Part A will have three sections, NAT, MCQ and MSQ. Part B will include drawing based questions only. Part A is of 150 marks and Part B is of 100 marks.</p>

<p>The participating institutes of CEED will offer admission to the M.Des courses based on CEED scores only. They will not accept scores of other entrance exams for admission process. <p dir="ltr">The candidate must note that IIT Bombay is only responsible for conducting the CEED Entrance exam. Unlike UCEED, it will not conduct any Joint Seat Allotment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">This means the eligibility criteria prescribed by IIT Bombay are limited to appearing in the CEED exam.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Candidates should read the information brochure before filling the application form. CEED brochure will have information about eligibility criteria, documents required, application fee structure, and case certificate. It may be noted that only such candidates who have been assigned a merit rank in CEED may apply for admission.</p>

<p>IIT Bombay will release the admission schedule for the CEED&nbsp;2027 exam, including the application start and last dates, at the time of the release of the application form. The CEED application form will open from October 01, 2026 till November 05, 2026 with regular fees.</p>

<p>To appear in the CEED 2027 exam, the candidate must have passed a degree, Diploma, or postgraduate degree exam of a minimum three years. There is no upper age limit or limit on the number of attempts for appearing in CEED.</p>

<p>Candidates can know the status of their CEED 2026 application form on the official registration portals of the exam. In a situation wherein any more information or document is required then the CEED office gets in touch with aspirants through their registered email. It may be note that complete applications will be rejected.</p><p>The candidate must carefully go through the step-wise process to fill out the form.</p>

<p>Eligibility criteria for appearing in CEED exam are prescribed by IIT Bombay. Criteria are given in the information brochure. <p>Result of CEED is prepared by giving weightage to CEED Part A and Part B. Part A will carry 25% marks. Part B will carry 75% marks. Final score is calculated using a formula.&nbsp;</p><p>CEED Final Score = 0.25 x Marks obtained in Part A + 0.75 x Marks obtained in Part B.</p>

<p>CEED 2026 scorecard became available for download from March 10, 2026 to July 31, 2026. After this, candidates will not be able to download the scorecard. CEED Scorecard can be downloaded from the official website.</p>

<p dir="ltr">When filling CEED form, the candidate should compulsorily choose<strong> THREE cities </strong>in the order of preference. There is no option to select an exam centre when filling out the form. A candidate can only select an exam city.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Candidates who have been assigned a merit rank in CEED 2025 are eligible for admission to the M.Des course offered by participating institutes. Note that in the case of CEED 2025, there will be no Joint Seat Allotment process conducted by IIT Bombay. <p dir="ltr">The number of CEED result-sharing institutes is not constant. In fact, every year there is a different set of institutes that make the list of CEED result-sharing institutes. Note that the names of the CEED result-sharing institutes will be announced on the admission portal.</p>

<p dir="ltr">IIT Bombay has not given any dates for editing the CEED application form 2024. This means once the application form is submitted, the candidate won&rsquo;t be able to edit it.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">So, when applying for CEED 2024, the candidate needs to bear the necessary caution.</p><p dir="ltr">The application form for CEED 2024 is currently open. The last date to fill out the form with regular fee is October 31, 2023. However, with late fees, the candidate can apply from November 1-8, 2023.</p>

<p dir="ltr">IIT Bombay only releases the qualifying cut-off of CEED Part A. It will, however, not release any admission cut-off.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">The <strong>qualifying cut-off for Part A will be released on February 6, 2025</strong>. <p dir="a;ltr">The windows to fill out the CEED 2024 application form with late fees was open from November 14-20, 2023.
