It depends. If you want a quick way to enter the industry, a BTech is a great option. BTech graduates are valued in every industry with decent starting packages.
An M.Tech is apt for only those who are more into research-based roles, or maybe planning to pursue a PhD, or want to become a professor.

Yes, as MEng course is an UG programme available to be pursued as part of Oxford Department of Engineering Sciences. Students interested in pursuing course are required to get really high score as part of their CBSE & CISCE Class 12th board exams & satisfy language test score requirements of institute.
Admission requirements may vary & students are advised to refer respective course page as part of Oxford University official website.

To get admission in VIT Vellore MTech, students have to appear for the VITMEE exam. The basic eligibility to apply for the exam is as below:
- BTech/ B.E/ BArch/ BDes/ MCA/ MSs or equivalent in a relevant field from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate

Both of them are good choices, to be honest. You need to analyze your career requirements to see if you really need an MTech.

A3 in Electrical Engineering can also give you great career opportunities, but the M.Tech will provide in-depth research options and more R&D based roles.
