Hello Asif Raza,
It depends on you, but I will suggest you should opt for mechanical engineering because it is an evergreen field. Aeronautical also has a good scope, but it doesn't have much demand as compared to mechanical engineering. Mechanical engineering has more scope for future. In future, you can move opt for Masters in aeronautical engineering.

You have following options to become an aeronautical engineer:
(a) B.Tech in aeronautical engineering after +2 stage in PCM.

(b) Aeronautical Engineering is an interdisciplinary degree. You can do M.Tech in aeronautical engineering after B.Tech in mechanical or electronics & other branches.
(c) You can join Aeronautical Society of India(AeSI). The AeSI is a professional body, devoted to advancement of aeronautical sciences and engineering in India

You are advised to study PCM at +2 stage then you can appear for various entrance engineering examinations to do B.Tech aeronautical engineering. You may refer following link for list of colleges and entrance exams to appear to do B.Tech AE: https://www.shiksha.com/top-aeronautical-engineering-colleges-in-india-rankingpage-49-2-0-0-0 . You can also do AE by joining Aeronautical Society of India and appearing for their examination papers.
