Yes, if you receive a math score of more than 65% in your 12th grade, you will be admitted to the Aeronautical Engineering College.
You can't take admission in Information technology field if you haven't taken maths in your School. You need to have a mathematical score of at least 80% in order to be admitted to the IT branch. You need to achieve at least 60% overall to be admitted to the college.
