Hello,

Congratulations on clearing AFCAT 1. Now you need to wait for AFCAT 2, the notification will be released on May 30, 2024.

After clearing AFCAT 1, AFSB will contact the candidate for the test. This test is an evaluation test that includes PI, GD, Psychology Test, etc.

After your test by AFSB, you will recommended for medical examination.

The testing body establishes the AFCAT marking scheme. The marking scheme shows the points that candidates receive for right answers and the points that are subtracted for incorrect responses. The results of the AFCAT and AFSB interviews are used to make the final decision in AFSB. In order to be eligible for the AFCAT exam, students must receive a score of 140 to 190 out of 300. In September 2024, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will make public the AFCAT 2 cutoff for 2024. The deadline, which is the same for all categories, will be announced on the official website. Candidates who log up with their email address, password, and captcha code can view the AFCAT cut-off scores. The AFCAT threshold is determined subsequent to the marking normalization process.
