The Indian Air Force prescribes the AFCAT syllabus. The authority responsible for exams maintains the authority to establish and modify the syllabus. General awareness, English verbal ability, quantitative ability, reasoning, and the military aptitude test are all included in the AFCAT test syllabus. No, there is no sectional cutoff in the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) . Candidates have to score above the overall minimum qualifying marks in order to be eligible for admission process and counseling.

The AFCAT exam is administered by the Indian Air Force (IAF) in two shifts: morning and afternoon. The morning shift for AFCAT runs from 9.45 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. AFCAT shift time for the afternoon shift is 2.45 pm to 4.45 pm. Yes, there are negative marks on the AFCAT exam. A minimum of 140 to 160 out of 300 questions should be answered correctly to be eligible for the AFCAT exam. Congratulations on clearing AFCAT 1. Now you need to wait for AFCAT 2, the notification will be released on May 30, 2024.
After clearing AFCAT 1, AFSB will contact the candidate for the test. This test is an evaluation test that includes PI, GD, Psychology Test, etc.
