Candidates are not allowed to carry certain items inside the exam centre. Candidates must follow the instructions provided in the AFCAT admit card. Candidates not following the guidelines are debarred from appearing in the exam. Following are the don'ts for AFCAT exam day. Candidates are not allowed to carry Bluetooth device, communication/ electronic/ digital/ wireless devices such as calculators, docupen, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, cellular phone, memory card/ stick, pager, organizer, personal digital assistant (PDA), concealed microphone or camera, earphones, radio, headset, walkman, recorder, translator, etc.

Candidates need to follow the guidelines laid down by the examination authority on the day of AFCAT exam. The examination authority prescribes the exam day guidelines in terms of reporting time, shift-wise exam timings, items allowed inside the exam centre, items not allowed inside the exam centre, COVID-19 related guidelines, etc. There are dos that candidates need to follow on the day of AFCAT exam day, check below for more details:
Candidates are required to report to the exam centre in batches from 07:30 am onwards (for first Shift) and 12:30 pm onwards (for second Shift) as per the time slot mentioned in the admit card

To download the admit card, candidates need to enter email ID, password and captcha code. Carry admit card along with one photo-identity proof to exam centre. After downloading AFCAT admit card, candidates should check all details carefully. In case of any discrepancy in details, candidates should contact examination authority. The examination authority corrects details and issues revised admit card. To download AFCAT admit card Visit the official website of IAF, Go to the Candidate Login section on the home, Candidates need to click on the AFCAT cycle for which they have submitted their application forms, AFCAT login page opens, In the login page, candidates need to enter their email IDs, password and captcha code, AFCAT admit card appears on the screen, Download AFCAT admit card and take its printout.

AFCAT exam cities are prescribed in the notification. Candidates are required to choose five test cities while filling the application form. The details regarding AFCAT exam centres are mentioned on the admit card.

AFCAT 2 admit card 2023 was released on August 10, 2023. The admit card was released on the official website of IAF. The direct link to download the admit card is provided on this page. To download the admit card, candidates need to login with email ID, password and captcha code. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post. No, you can't fill the form. As I have gone through the notification of AFCAT. It is properly mentioned about 10+2. But you can file an RTI because previously there was an option and now, they have removed that.

AFCAT age limit is given below:
Flying Branch-Candidates should be between 20 and 24 years. The upper age limit for candidates having a Commercial Pilot License is relaxed up to 26 years
Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branch-The age of candidates should be between 20 and 26 years.
