Hello,
UGC has decided that no professional course could be done by distance education mode and hence debarred all universities from offering such courses by distance education mode. In view of this, I do not think Kalinga University will be offering engineering graduation under distance mode. However, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to a degree in engineering. Best wishes to you.
