Hello Santosh Kumar, UGC or AICTE, both these bodies deal with universities or colleges. However polytechnic is not considered as college and hence the issue of approval by either or both of these bodies for polytechnic does not arise.

Yes it is absolutely legal. Management quota is a government authorised mechanism provided to private or deemed University by which students can secure Direct Admission in Institute. 85% of the seats are filled by the management of that institute. The fees of a management quota student is 3-4 times the normal fees.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda comprises of 13 Faculties (Arts, Commerce, Education & Psychology, Family & Community Sciences, Fine Arts, Journalism & Communication, Law, Management Studies, Medicine, Performing Arts, Science, Social Work, Technology & Engineering) having 90 Departments, 3 constituent colleges. The university is recognised and has AICTE approval too.

Yes, UEM is approved by AICTE. You can get the detailed information at : https://www.shiksha.com/university/uem-kolkata-university-of-engineering-and-management-47398. Apart from this, you can get the information about placement, courses, fees, scholarship etc.
