With this cut off, it is really difficult to get Biomedical engineering at Anna University. If you belong to SC, ST, etc. then you might get but it is not possible to say with assurance.
Hence, you may try for other colleges or try your luck at the counseling to get CEG campus.

If you are not form Tamil Nadu then you actually cant apply for Anna university and other universities afillated by Anna with your marks.
You can opt for a management quota where you may have to pay according to the program and the collage you choose in Tamil Nadu.

With 67% in 12th, the candidate will have to secure around 155-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exam to get admission in School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University for B.Arch.
Minimum required for taking up architecture is - Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA-2019 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).
