Your cut-off is really good. But it is difficult to get Mechanical or EEE at the main campus of Anna University if you belong to OC, BC etc. You can get it if you belong to SC or ST only. Hence you may try your best at th counseling to get the main campuses, or atleast the top colleges like PSG, SSN etc.

It's not a problem. While your graduation course you will be taught all the things. As you have not studied computer so you will struggle a bit. But it's okay. You have to work hard from the first year.
