Hello,
This looks like a good choice and managed path if you are ready to work hard. Doing civil engineering will provide you knowledge about all basic and complex details. Diploma in architecture will give your drawing uplift and MBA will equip you with management skills so go for it.

Naval architecture is a niche branch of engineering with very limited job opportunities and career growth in comparison to mechanical engineering. A mechanical engineer is required by all type of manufacturing and services companies in all sectors.

Sorry, but your rank is too low.
300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch. So there is no way to get any of the NITs. So, you shud try for any private college.

Sorry to say but 198 is not enough for you to get a good college for B.Arch. Above 300 is considered as a safe score to get admission in B.Arch. However, you may get private colleges with 198 marks.

Yes, you will get admission in NITs. I am not sure about the NIT but you have advantage of OBC quota and 4.5k general rank.
