You surely can. I mean until last year you could but you'll have to wait for this year's cutoffs that'll be released soon.

Go for SPA Delhi. NITC is not that great for architecture. The quality of education and exposure you'll get in spa Delhi is way better than what you'll get in NITC. The quality of education is good though. But placements are very few.

I think you should. I don't know if all the NITs have released their OBC and SC/ST cutoffs or not.

For admission into B.Arch programs in NITs and GFTIs you need to write JEE Mains paper 2 and yes, you need to clear it with a high score.
To get B.Arch in IITs you need to appear for 4 exams namely JEE Mains papers 1 and 2, then you need to clear JEE advanced and then you need to clear A

Did you take JEE Mains paper 2 for B.Arch? If yes, you can apply for counselling to be held on June 15.
If not then try taking NATA next year.
Management quota is not the right solution (if your parents can pay a lot of money).
All the best.

It's better if you can join during +2 vacations or holidays.
Now, for the time being, you better keep your focus on +1 and +2.
