B.Sc. in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology - Batch of 2030
Offered by AMET University Powered by Emversity

AMET University Powered by Emversity: It is an amazing college.
Placements: My batchmates are very kind and intelligent. They are not jealous and are supportive. We help each other to enrich our knowledge. We visited Gem Hospital for a hospital visit. There are many recruitments for an anesthetist in the future and now too. Above 90 percent CGPA is enough to get placed in placements. A higher position offered in our department is a senior anesthetist.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are good, neat, and clean. They are cleaned daily by workers. All the time, water and electricity facilities are provided. Aqua water is provided here. Every time, there is a Wi-Fi facility. There is a silent environment to study. The food served is good. Sweet is also provided for 2 days once a week, along with food. We get chicken curry on Monday and chicken 65 on Wednesday. Every Saturday, biryani is also provided. Whenever we get sick, we can get kanji from the canteen. Bread and jam are also provided. We get unlimited quality food.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very kind towards us. They help us at any time. They are our true well-wishers and mentors. They are not only our faculty members, but they are also our friends. They are so helpful for us to raise our knowledge. They teach us even ten times until we understand the topic.
Other: We celebrated Anesthesia Technician Day on October 26. Our batch celebrated Heart Day with exclusive and innovative ideas. We celebrate Pongal, which is very enthusiastic, cheerful, positive, and enjoyable. Through those celebrations, we can show our talents. We recently celebrated Women's Week for one week and participated in games and won prizes. We also gained knowledge through those things.

B.Sc. in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology - Batch of 2029
Offered by AMET University Powered by Emversity

Very satisfied with faculty members, the college infrastructure and facilities are average.
Placements: Rs. 30,000 salary is offered. Above 70% students are placed in the course. Apollo and other big companies recruit. An anaesthetist's role is offered. There are many scopes and opportunities for this course. In the future, it will grow even more. Above 90% students got internships from this course.
Infrastructure: Our college classrooms and labs are good. Wi-Fi and a library are available not only for medical students, but generally for all students. The college provides a canteen and all, and also there is health care in case of any emergency or sickness. Sports and games are provided in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and excellent. The pass percentage is 50% above. Faculty members are very interactive, and we can ask doubts at any time. They will provide the hospital visit, and the course curriculum is relevant. After the 3rd year, there will be one year of internship in hospital.
Other: I chose it because this course is related to medicine, and there are many scopes and opportunities in it. Practical-based learning should be improved, I wish that because we have to work in the medical sector after the completion of the course. If there is a more practical section, there will be some improvement we will get.

College and course are worth more than any other colleges.
Placements: We need 60% or above to be placed. I don't know about packages. Our Emversity has connections with most of the multi-speciality hospitals. We should have above 90%, and we can complete our B.Sc. Hons degree here.
Infrastructure: Our classroom has a smart TV with Wi-Fi. We also got a personal laptop from Emversity. We have a lab, but it has some more to add to it, like some more equipment and all. Our library is getting ready. We have a great hostel and room with 24-hour security. First-year students have hostel facilities outside the campus. Our hostel has Wi-Fi and a generator. Our mess food is good, and the canteen food is super. Medical facilities are great, we have 2 doctors, sports, and games are available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly helpful, not like other departments, we are so pampered. Teachers make a PPT for each module and explain it to students. We have a lot of activity after each module, such as seminars, assignments, group projects, etc. This course makes us perfect, and helps us understand what we are going to do in the future. Exams are difficult, but we cracked them. The pass percentage is 50%. We have 20% theory and 80% practical.
Other: I chose this course because I like to work in an OT, emergency care and all. It's a high-paid job outside India. This can help to settle my future. As we are the first batch, our equipment and all are coming only, so there is a delay. That time management is the problem. We have a lot of events, etc. Our department also celebrates important medical days, such as Heart Day, Anaesthesia Day, etc. We also have merit-based scholarships and caste-based ones.

Review of AMET University Powered by Emversity.
Placements: My course is Anaesthesia technologies. 85-90 percent is the placement rate. Apollo Hospital recruits students from our college. Internships and placements are offered by Emversity for students with good marks. Placements are offered by a big hospital in India and abroad, which is good.
Infrastructure: Our college classrooms and labs are good. The hostel is good. The hostel food is good and healthy. The hostel mess is very clean and neat. After every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the hostel dining is cleaned immediately.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Semester exams are good, and we get easy question papers. Here, the question papers are so good. Practical sessions are very engaging and training. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students well for the industry.
Other: Many events and cultural activities are conducted by AMET.

Insight for your future at NIAT X AMET.
Placements: Around 90 per cent of students get placed. The highest package is around 9 LPA, the average is about 7 LPA, and the lowest is roughly 3 to 4 LPA. Top companies include Microsoft, Google, IBM, Zoho and Cognizant. Many first and second years get internships through college events, workshops and support activities. Common roles offered are Software Developer, Trainee Data Scientist and UI UX Developer.
Infrastructure: The department has good classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, and access to the library, and the facilities are maintained well. The hostel facilities are decent, but the food in the mess is not that great, and the canteen is a bit expensive. The hostel timings are strict, while medical support and sports options are available and okay overall.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it helps students become industry-ready through practical exposure and workshops. The semester exams are moderate and manageable, and most students pass with a good pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in CSE AIML, and it matched my future goals, and the best things are the practical learning, workshops and the supportive faculty. I wish the course could have a few more advanced hands-on sessions and industry interactions. The campus has good events, an active crowd, workshops, fests and extracurricular activities and the surroundings and connectivity are decent overall.

One of the best institutes for marine courses.
Placements: Many companies have already come for placements like Maersk V Ships wallet, etc. Almost half of the batch got placements in many of them. They also have STCW courses and other firefighting and post courses. By doing all this, we get extra knowledge and become fit to go on board.
Infrastructure: Hostels are okay to stay in, and all are within a compound. The classrooms are also very nice. Talking about the food, it is very good, especially the dinner. There are a total of 4 hostels inside the campus for marine students, 3 for boys and one for girls, which are well-maintained throughout the year.
Faculty: Semesters are quite hard, but the faculty makes it easier for you, and they are easy subjects. Along with that, they have practicals to train us to be fit on board. AMET University is a DG-approved college in collaboration with Maersk, and it is also the first maritime college in India.
Other: Best level of education along with extra events like sports and culturals.
