It is a good academy for merchant navy courses.

Placements: Approximately 70% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered was 700$ per month as a cadet at Nyk Line. The lowest salary package offered was 420$ per month as Maersk Cadets. Other companies that visit our campus for recruitment offer similar salaries to the cadets. The top recruiting companies were Nyk, Suntech, Maersk, and V Ships.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in this college. Hostels are better. There is an auditorium in this college. The library has many books of...

Our college has good infrastructure.

AMET is a good maritime college.

Placements: My batch consists of around 210 cadets and around 50% have got placed from a company called Mearsk. Many companies come here for placements. The lowest package is around 15lac per annum. Many companies like BP, fleet management, Evergiven, etc. come here for placements. By studying this course, you can become a chief engineer for a ship.

Infrastructure: The hostel is quite good. Infrastructure is quite okay. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, even in classrooms and hostel rooms. There is a huge library wi...

Best college to pursue Petroleum engineering and would be worthwhile to invest fours years here.

Placements: Mostly, marine and nautical Science students are placed in companies because our college focuses on these two streams. Marine or nautical Science is good for 4-years studies, and other departments have low placements. But in Non_DG petroleum department is good comparatively.

Infrastructure: Choosing marine or nautical Science career is good in this college. The college has a good library, nice classrooms, and an auditorium. The environment in the college is really good. The canteens are small and good. Playgroun...

I would not recommend this course at our college.

Placements: The number of students placed is 10 out of 60 students, and the top company is Shell. They offered a salary package of 5 LPA, but they didn't offer the core drilling jobs. They were offering some office jobs. At first, they tell you that they will get you placed in a good company, but it's not true.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available on the campus and hostel. Classrooms and the library were fully air-conditioned. The quality of the food was good, but there was no space for sports on our campus. I suggest taking...

I was satisfied because of their way to big campus with back water rafting and ship on campus.

Placements: About 90% students were placed. The highest salary offered was 1500$ per month and the lowest salary offered was 100$ per month. Maersk, M.Sc. Fleet management, BSM, WSM, and a total of 150 companies visited our campus for recruitment. Students from our college work in every company present worldwide.

Infrastructure: Facilities of our college were good including interiors, grounds, labs, simulation room, good Wi-Fi, and classrooms with digital white LCD screen board for learning digitally. The canteen was clean....

In Tamil Nadu, it's a good college with good placements for marine course.

Placements: 70% of students got placed. Marks is the company that takes lots of students from our college, and many other companies also come for placements. Girls are given more importance, and it's easier for them to get placed because there are very few cadets in this field.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not much good because they train us for onboarding. The infrastructure and facilities are good. The classrooms are average. The mess is really good, and they offer good and healthy food.
