Not exactly in Architecture but related to Architecture. Earlier, It was possible in some universities for students with a commerce background to take up the B.Arch course but now the Council of Architecture (CoA) only allows the students with Science + Maths background. In addition to this, you have to qualify the National Aptitude Test for Architecture NATA to be eligible for B.Arch courses. Though, there are some universities like CEPT and RICS who allow students from other backgrounds to take up M.Plan (Masters in Planning) or Urban Management, etc. They are very different from Architecture but related to the field.

Several Indian universities and college offers the graduate degree courses in journalism and mass media. Some private institution also offers the Diploma courses in journalism. These are professional courses and can be pursued after the completion of 12th class. If you have flair to writing, you may join the professional programme to sharpen your career in this field. For all categories, the CSAB round two opening and closing rank information is now accessible. You may be eligible for the following NITs for B.Arch. Based on the information you provided.
1. National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur: ST closing rank is 7160
2. National Institute of Technology, Rourkela: ST closing rank 5212
You can also get admission for the Bachelor of Planning at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. The ST closing rank is 7281 for B. Plan. At this college.
