There are no exact cut-off marks for JEE Mains exam in any stream of engineering. It differs from year to year and category to category.
The expected cut-off marks are 85-92 for CRL (Common Rank List), 77-83 for Gen EWS, 71- 77 for OBC-NCL,51-56 for SC, and 39-45 for ST category students.
The eligibility for B.Arch admission is 50% marks in 12th class or 50% marks in 10th class and diploma from college which need to be a recognised one.
IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee ar the only IITs which provide B.Arch course . NIT Calicut is the top NIT for B.Arch course. And IIT Roorkee is top IIT for B.Arch course.
You need to get more than 93 percentile in jee main paper 2 to get an admission into a decent institute for B.Arch. There's is no specific rank or mark to get a seat it keeps changing so you need to get a decent percentile whatever the marks may be .
