Students with the eligible GATE score can get apply and get direct admission to the BMS School of Architecture Bangalore. The seat allocation for the M.Arch (Urban Design) is given below. In the total seats, 20% of the seats are reserved for the government quota and the remaining 80% of seats are filled under the management quota.

As per my understanding, Civil Engineering has more career scope. I would suggest Chandigarh University because it offers a CUCET exam by which you can get a scholarship of up to 100% and it also gives scholarship on the basis of your JEE Main score. A five-year, full-time undergraduate programme leading to the degree of "Bachelor of Architecture" is available. For candidates to acquire the art of designing, planning, and building physical structures of various types, the course combines theoretical and practical expertise. Your Merit score comes out to be too low to get admission in JJ College of architecture. But don't disappoint I have a solution for it. I recommend you chandigarh university for pursuing B.Arch courses. Why I suggest you chandigarh university because This university is NAAC A+ university and its overall NIRF ranking is 29.
