Dear Aspirant, I do not know about GGSIPU and NIU. But being alumni of LPU I can say that LPU Jalandhar Punjab is the best university when we talk about the B.Arch programme in India. There are many students who come across the world every year to complete B.Arch programme from LPU. I was also an MBA student in LPU and my friend is studying as a B.Arch student. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Arch is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. Hello Samarjeet, I must say that at more than 98 percentile you have definitely done excellently. With this, I am sure, you should get admission in your desired NIT and also your desired branch. I would further advise you to download college predictor for JEE Mains issued by Shiksha. This will enable you to guess as to where you stand as for as admissions are concerned in different branches in different NIT based on your current percentile. Best wishes to you.
