You could try Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru. It is one of the oldest institutions in India (1786 AD) and right now, the premier institute for Astrophysics (in my opinion). They offer three courses:
M.Tech, Ph.D. Dual degree GATE written test)
M.Sc, Ph.D. Dual degree JEST written test)
PhD. Currently they operate out of their campus in Koramangala, Bengaluru, though the CREST campus - Hosakote, Kodaikanal Solar Observatory, Vainu Bappu Observatory, the Gauribidanur radio telescope and the Handle Observatory are under them. You can pursue M.Sc in Quantum physics, even if you haven't studied it. In your graduation, you just have to come up with the new syllabus. And, remember to cross check the same thing with the college you are trying to apply in.

BA in Astronomy is a popular course, or you can also pursue BA in Sanskrit, and then pursue MA in Astronomy. For college, I would suggest for a local one, as there are a few good colleges, but it is not worth to leave home to study in such colleges, as there are no placements and in the end only your degree will matter anyway.
