You can do Masters in Astrophysics after B.Sc. You need to go through the entrance exams first followed by personal interview for respective colleges. I'm giving you a list of colleges that offer this course-
IISc - Bangalore
IUCAA - Pune
Osmania university. - Hyderabad
KAHE - Tamilnadu
Punjab university. - Punjab

One should choose Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects in 12th. Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR)-Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics, Mumbai is the best college in Mumbai for B.Sc Astronomy.

Eligibility for M.Sc in Astronomy:
*The minimum eligibility required to be met for admission to the course is B.Sc or an equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
*A few universities and colleges in India conduct entrance examinations for admission to the course.

A combination of science and mathematics can be an added advantage. The minimum educational requirement to become an Astrobiologist is a Bachelor's degree in any of the science subjects like space science, astronomy, chemistry, biology or other appropriate science subject from a recognised university.
