Hello Kalyankar,
It is very nice to see that you have kept some aim for yourself. Please do not go by the names. Aeronautics is the subject of study while aerospace is the name for industry in this field. But this will not take you to space science. Space Science is basically specialisation of Physics. Hence, you first need to do B.Sc. In Physics and then aim for PG in astrophysics or astronomy.

You can repeat your one year with maths as a subject. You can give the exam of maths next year. You only need to give a single exam of maths. For the same year, it is not possible.

Since universities offering undergraduate programme in Astronomy are rarely found, one can join for a major/ honours in Physics with Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Thereafter, take a master's degree in Physics or Astronomy. After the successful completion of M.Sc. One can do specialisation in astronomy leading to Ph.D. which enables one to become an astronomer/ astronaut/ astrophysicist or a scientist/ research officer etc. In the field of space research. Sorry, it's not possible. You have to study physics, mathematics and also astrophysics based subjects in graduation to get enrolled to M.Sc. in Astrophysics or Astronomy.

BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/graduation IETE qualification. Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2016-17 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31/8/2017. The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.
