After graduation, you can do either PG Diploma or MS. With your percentile, Canada looks tough, but you can try the colleges. Your IELTS is considerably low, please retake. Since your percentage is not very high you should see that your IELTS score, SOP, LORs etc. are good enough. To study in USA, you must take the GRE. A very good GRE score can help you obtain admission. Good Luck.

If you enroll for a 2 years duration Masters in Australia as per current rules, you will get a 2 year Post study visa, during this period you can apply for your PR which is points based, there are plenty of qualified and registered immigration lawyers who will guide you through the process. You need to get 60 points to qualify. You will get 15 points for your being a graduate, 5 points for studying 2 years onshore, if between 25 and 34 another 20 for balance 20 you will have to retake your general IELTS and score 8 in each band for which you will get the 20 points. It is very difficult to answer this, every university has different criteria, some universities may accept a lower score depending on the student profile and the same university may not accept a lower score for a different student. So, instead you can email the universities and check. See if pathway programs are available.

You need to first take in account, if you want to work privately or in public hospital there. Plus, if you are shifting, you need to apply for that through a suitable work partner, they would guide you with work and the package, kindly go with proper guidelines.

It is difficult to say without having your education background information. Canadian universities are more competitive to get into, you will require very good percentage. Australia is expensive but options are many as compared to Canada. Both will also require work experience in relevant field to be considered eligible for MBA. You may also have to take GMAT. It is therefore best that you visit some university websites in both countries, compare the admission requirements, fees etc. And match these with your own profile and plans.
