After graduation, you can do either PG Diploma or MS. With your percentile, Canada looks tough, but you can try the colleges. Your IELTS is considerably low, please retake. Since your percentage is not very high you should see that your IELTS score, SOP, LORs etc. are good enough. To study in USA, you must take the GRE.
