You have only mentioned that you want to study in Australia after taking PTE and want details regarding higher studies, to do this I would like to know as to what exactly have you done currently i.e. , degree in which subject and your pass percentages or CGPA as the case may be. Also let me know as to what field you want to pursue your higher studies. Only when I have these details can I answer your question, also be a bit more specific when you say all the details. Australia Universities does accept 15 year of education. But Canadian and USA universities accepts 16 years of education. Canada colleges dies accept 15 year of education. To get through the USA and Canada universities you can complete 1 year of master or PG diploma in India and then, apply for Master's program.

With this score, you can get through Australia University. But, there are some university, which has requirement for 6.5 with no band less than 6 in each section of IELTS. Canada would be a bit tough with score.
