This will depend on what you want to do in terms of your work and job. You can do MBA but you will need atleast 2 years work experience for applying to maximum universities. MS Management, International Business, Human Resources etc. are can also be done. You should first find out what your own interests are.

Firstly, this will depend on your personal interest but to have a secure career, you must also see which majors are in demand, these are the popular ones
Electrical insulation, Biomedical engineering, Nanotechnology, Power and energy systems, Wireless communications, Control systems, Electromagnetics, Electronics, and Signal processing to name a few. You should also check Australia's SOL and some career related article to help you know better. Check this too, its an old article but search for similar guides

You have only mentioned that you want to study in Australia after taking PTE and want details regarding higher studies, to do this I would like to know as to what exactly have you done currently i.e. , degree in which subject and your pass percentages or CGPA as the case may be. Also let me know as to what field you want to pursue your higher studies. Only when I have these details can I answer your question, also be a bit more specific when you say all the details. Regards, Satish.
