Hi, a personal choice when it comes to what to study. After completing your B.Tech you should know by know your personal interests, career goals and what you intend to do in future. Perhaps you can decide accordingly. Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, specialised Masters in civil engineering disciplines, management etc. are some of the options available. See what interests you, evaluate the career outcomes, programme syllabi etc. Check RMIT, QUT, etc. for engineering options.

Whatever country you wanted to immigrate first you check in the official website the shortage skill category, weather your job profile matches any one that skills mentioned as shortage. The there is a points system for your age, education and experience and points for IELTS. IELTS is to prove your English proficiency and if your required score matched then you can do immigration. It is advisable that first you take IELTS test and based on this score you can really calculate your score. You can do this calculation online on each country website.
