Hi Basanta,
The question to your answer will depend on what you want to study and admission requirements of the universities. Every program and University have their standard set of admission requirements. How you join a good college is by meeting these criterion. Take the GRE to study in US. Not required in Australia. Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency requirement. Check https://studyabroad.shiksha.com for university options, budget, requirements etc. Remember your SOP and LORS will.also matter.

If the university is recognised by the UGC then the answer is yes, however, the marks required may be higher than other universities if the ranking of Sunrise as per their list is lower. The exact requirements you can check with the university you are applying to. Also, do not take a course of fewer than 2-years duration as you will not get post study work visa and points for PR later. All the best.

You can do MBA from Australia but after gaining 2 to 3 years of work experience. GMAT is also required. If you don't have a work experience then you should opt for MS in management or PGDM programmes.

To answer your question, yes, Australia is a good country to pursue civil engineering. I would also like to know from you if you mean your Bachelors or Masters? If it is a Masters then please choose only a course of 2-year duration as otherwise, you will not be eligible for a post study work visa and later PR. All the best.

If its IIT or BIT or VIT you are good to go. Many applicants apply and get a job while some do not. So, its a profile specific query. If you are qualified and skilled then why not. Its difficult for a fresher as employers in Australia prefer candidates with work experience. So, if you want to settle in Australia please gain some solid work experience before applying. Check job portals and prepare accordingly. You need also to check the latest SOL of Australia.
