If I could understand your intent behind doing your MHA from Australia, I might be able to guide you better. Otherwise, I have to only support your decision and say do it from a good University and also please choose a course with a 2 year duration or else you will not get your post study visa and also not be eligible for PR later.

So many years of gap may not be accepted easily, but if your overall profile is good you have a chance. It will depend on your SOP, LOR, nature of work experience, etc. Please also check other countries such as Canada, New Zealand, USA, Netherlands, etc.
You can avail education loans for higher studies as long as it is not a Diploma course.
