You can, however, you must explain the universities why you have the need for another degree and what your plans are basically. There is no restriction to learning, just communicate with them first, check the university requirements and prepare accordingly.

Time will be tight. It is recommended you check with the universities firstly. Also most universities in Australia have their sessions on Feb and July and not September. So research well.

It's a difficult question to answer. Some do get a good job while some do not. Australian employers prefer student with extensive work experience. You must also be academically very strong and establish your network to find prospects.

Your chances are low in Canada. You may find options in Australia but not MBA since MBA programs require work experience and competitive. You may check PGDM or graduate certificate programs in Australia. Check here:

Yes, you may if these are in the list of short skills in Canada & Australia. You are highly recommended to have some related advance course in either of the 3 countries you mentioned as diplomas or degrees to get acquainted with education experience of the respective countries to acquire necessary skills needed for performing the job in the same field. Once you have some level of education in either country, it will help you to get easier acceptance in respective job fields.

It is difficult after a 1-year program. To be eligible for a work visa and PR, candidates must complete two academic years. Many are not aware of this or tend to miss this information. You can enrol in a PG Diploma and apply to another course immediately after your PG Diploma thus making you eligible for post-study work options.

It really depends on your choice, both countries are amazing & are Indian friendly. You may look at the time difference, weather, geography & proximity from home also as factors to decide. The return on investment is good in either country, but Australia has an edge as it has a little higher income slab. Lastly, your admission in a particular university depends on your academic score.
