You will have to search for universities which will admit you with this grade. Most require at least 65% in your finals. However, you can apply for a Master's degree where the condition would be that you finish your 1st year with the grades required by the university and they will allow you to continue into the second year and complete your Master's degree, otherwise, you will have to discontinue and they will give you a PG Diploma. So you need to study hard. The other choice is, try for New Zealand.

Different universities have different requirements. For the top ranking universities, a good first class is required. For the medium ranked students, at least 55% is recommended. Anything below 50% is not acceptable and if a low ranked college does accept, you won't be given a visa. You have to check various college websites for the requirements.

Hi Ajit,
Prepare for the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. For PG level studies generally an overall score of 6.5 with no section less than 6 is required. If you are applying to a top ranking university like university Melbourne then you must have had good grades. Australia is a good place for agriculture studies. You can check this:
