It completely depends on the university. Some universities consider CA article ship as work experience while some do not. Also, if you are doing MS and not MBA, you need not to worry about work experience as only MBA programmes require work experience. Please get in touch with the universities for university specific admission requirements.

Every university has different admission requirements.Admissions are not offered solely on the basis of IELTS score, you have to understand that your academic grades and overall profile matters. Check the university websites for the admission requirements. Your SOP and LORs will also matter. It is difficult to say which university will give you admissions since its their decision not ours. Prepare well.

Let me ask you, what job do you want to do? Ask yourself this question too. A clear career goal will help you decide. Best varies from individual to individual so know your own strengths and career aspirations, you will know better than any of us what you want. Check university websites for programs they offer and decide accordingly.

To be eligible for work permit and PR, you must have completed two academic years. Most courses in Aus are one year or 1.5. You can enrol into any such program and enrol into another one immediately and complete at least two academic years. This is what students normally do.You can do either Graduate Diploma or Masters, check the courses and decide as per your own interests. For the SOL, you can just find on the internet or on Australia immigration website.

Through study visa you can't apply for PR, you need to get a job there and after some time you can apply for PR with sponsor letter of the company where you would work.
All the best.
