I would like to know as to what have you done or are doing currently in terms of academics as just looking at the SOL will not make you eligible to pursue the course required for the professions or skills in demand currently. You should have the required basic qualification to pursue the course required for the skill in demand. If I know your qualifications then I would be able to recommend the course you are eligible for and also in demand as per the SOL. Also, the SOL changes every 6 months.
All the best.

There is no MBBS in USA and Canada. So, this leaves with you in Australia, UK and New Zealand. If you still want to pursue your medical studies in US and Canada you must initially enroll into a four year bachelor degree program there , take the MCAT and then apply to a medical school. For the other countries you must take the following tests in addition to completing your 10+2 with very good scores
UK - UKCAT
Australia - UMAT or MCAT
New Zealand - UMAT
You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check the respective websites for more details.

Try in Australia since your academics is low for Canadian colleges. Also your IELTS score, you should retake IELTS. For maximum colleges, abroad, they require an IELTS score of 6.5 with no section less than 6. Email the colleges and check if the present score can be accepted by them or if any bridge course is available.

I would like to know about your gap period. Did you gain work experience during the period? If you worked it won't be a gap otherwise it will depend on the reason why you took the gap, how you utilized the period. Every university has its selection criteria and the admission will depend on all these reasons.

You will find the occupations which are in demand in the SOL of any country. It does not list any particular subject or program but professions or occupations related to it. Please check this link:

Skilled Occupation List lists down the occupations which are in demand. M.Com is a course and not an occupation. You have to check the SOL list for occupations related to M.Com degree holders such as finance, accounts etc. Here's is the link to it:

Australia has its own Skilled Occupation List (SOL) which lists the occupations in demand. Both mechanical and electrical engineers are in the SOL and professionals in these fields are very much sought after. Also, both the sectors are different. So you decide basis your education background, interests and career plans.
