Every country has a list of skilled occupations which are in demand. You have to check these lists to know whether the occupation is listed or not. Australia removed dentistry from the skilled occupation list so I won't recommend. You can therefore opt for Canada or Germany depending on your profile, university requirements and your budget if you are asking for further studies.

You must apply for a university and the university must send you the admission offer letter before you can apply for the student visa. Now, NIOS may or may not be accepted so you must email the colleges and check if they will accept NIOS qualification. You must also have good scores and must clear IELTS to apply.

Please check University of Queensland, UVic, UNSW, University of Western Australia, Charles Sturt University to name a few. There are many TAFE institutes. You check the university websites for entry requirements and fee and narrow down your university and choose accordingly.

The three countries apparently very good to settle down in. For study purpose too, they are well known and with very good post-study work options. Germany is affordable in comparison to the rest. Australia has high living expenses. You can narrow down your choice based on your budget, career plans, university requirements, climatic condition preference etc. If you have very good academics and interested in research then Germany is the place. I will also suggest you check the Skilled Occupation List of these countries and see occupations in demand, this will help you choose in a more informed way. Hope this is good enough. Fe

Two years delay in your course completion, gaps are not taken well by Australian universities. Hope you know that first you must apply to a college and receive the admission offer. You can apply for the student visa after you receive the admission offer. So check for university admission requirements and submit your application first. Email them if necessary.

Opportunities are moderate. You should check the skilled occupation list and find out which occupations are in demand and will be fruitful for your career. You should also email the universities about career outcomes. Check this

Hi Peddi,
You can apply but admission will depend on the university. You must also take the IELTS exam. For colleges you can check this list:
