The scope is better abroad for biotechnology field like in Canada, US, Denmark, etc. You can go abroad for your Masters, it will give you better exposure to research opportunities and also post study work options. Discuss with family and decide, you must also check finances, requirements, etc. before you decide. Work hard on your academics.

Do not worry about the package. But, it is difficult to find the job as you want as per your degree. I am not saying no but you have enough capability to get the job.

Hi,
Your chances in Canada are very less. You may stick to Australia. However, for MBA programs, applicants must hold work experience. You must also take the GMAT or GRE. Consider MS Marketing or MS Business Management programs too. You may still find a few options in Australia. Check this link:
