International medical graduates must clear the AMC exams to practice. No matter which country you want to go to, you must take the country's licensing exam. There are three pathways by which you can demonstrate your eligibility. These are:
Competent Authority pathway Standard pathway, or Specialist pathway

With this percentage, it is difficult to pursue MBA from aboard. According to me, you should go for Master's degree through distance mode.

Australia is a better option for you, rest are competitive with respect to your grades and US, Canada don't accept 3-year Bachelor's degree. You can look for accounts or finance programs but the course choice is completely yours, depending on your interest and future plans.
