Every university has its own set of admission requirements. To check if you meet the academic requirements, you should visit the university websites. To apply to certain universities such as UNISA, you must hold a license to practice as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience. Additionally, a few universities like University of Melbourne requires your qualification be assessed for equivalency prior the application process. These details would be mentioned on the university websites.

Both the countries are equally good for MBA. However, if you do not like cold weather then Australia is the better choice. The requirement for admission is about the same in both countries, you need a final year score of at least 65% and an IELTS overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6. You will need a SOP, 2 Letters of reference from your college professors, your degree certificate, your semester wise mark sheet and a consolidated mark sheet. For Australia, you will need to only colour scan these and send them to the university in which you are applying and for Canada, you will need to send the scanned as well as not

No course will guarantee a high salary. A course can only lead you to a job. Australia has demand for accountants, pharmaceutical professionals, IT, MBA graduates, etc.
