B.Sc. degree from a recognised university as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.

Your cut off is too low. But, if you belong to SC/ST category, then you might have chance. The admission into all affiliated colleges under Anna University is based on your caste also. You can try with management quota if you can. If you have appeared for any entrance exam then it would be better.

IELTS is valid only for two years. Take IELTS again. Take GRE with good score, and then apply.

If you don't have a good rank in JEE, you have to try for some other CET entrance like MHCET, but the time is over as you have to wait for next year or try some another colleges through any other options like management quota.
