Hello Vivek,
You may not get lateral admission but you can get admission in the 1st-year of any branch since Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th standard.

Hello Abhishek,
Fundamentally, all auto companies produce. Hence, they require mechanical or production engineers. Automobile engineering is required in case you plan to work in design Department.

If you are not good at Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics, don't go for engineering. If good, then decide first the interest and go. Trades are not chosen on the basis of difficulty. Regards.
