The automobile industry is the second best choice for those who wish to get into the mechanical related field. With the advent of the technology, more focus is being directed towards making best in the class vehicle depending upon the range and class of the various sectors of the society, for example, lower middle, middle class, upper middle class, rich, extravagant, race, etc. As per the application and class, the models and features vary. Hence, automobile engineering is an excellent field, especially if you wish to go out of India for Master's, it has a tremendous scope.

You can check universities in Australia, Europe (Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, etc.) and Asia (Malaysia, Japan, etc.).

THE minimum eligibility criteria is 50% and you can clear IIT-Mains to get into automobile stream. For Advanced, you need to have 75% at least.

Germany is regarded as the best in this field. Though, US has more universities, job opportunities and universities for automobile engineering are more reputed with better RnD activities in Germany.
