Automobile or automotive engineering is recognised and is deemed important for motor vehicles for transporting the passengers. Many students are interested in pursuing automobile engineering. Nowadays there is a great demand for automobile engineers. This branch deals with the designing, developing, testing, repairing, manufacturing and servicing automobiles.
But, I would suggest, you should opt for other sectors that have a high demand in India such as oil and gas, cyber security and cloud computing.

SAT or ACT is not mandatory but you may take the tests if you are targeting a top university. Tuition fee for engineering may range from $14,000 to $30,000 per year.
