Hi Nits, for MS you must hold a bachelor degree with outstanding academic records. For more information you may go through their website
https://www.in.tum.de/en/for-prospective-students/masters-programs/automotive-software-engineering.html
However to pursue bachelor's you must hold 13 years education , so after 10+2 you must complete an additional year of education either by clearing IIT JEE Adv or completing first year of a bachelor degree program. Also refer to http://www.daaddelhi.org/en/ for additional information.
Hope this helps.

As is understandable from the name. Automobile is focused on Automobiles. But Mechanical Is a very diverse core brance. Everything you can see feel around you is mechanical in nature. Or requires concepts of mechanical engineering.
Thus i would advice as you to keep otions open and take Mechanical Enginnering from good colleges like BITS, Lovely Professional University, SRM etc. Once you get in final year you can choose specialization as Automobile engineering.

Hi
Automotive is more about vehicles which includes all like two wheelers, four wheelers etc, whereas automobile is specifically about cars. While selecting your college, do compare the course structure to know the difference in depth.
