Hi Sreevathsa,
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

In India I there is no specialized course like that. you can do MSc. Automobile Engineering in Uk. this is not be year program and you also have few universities offer one year internships. Google and see how many automobile companies in UK offers internship for students. Decide clearly you are looking for career in automotive industry or automotive designing. few universities you can see details in their websites.

You can do it in Uk. if you are looking for UG. you can take up BE automobile Engineering Hons programs. This honours program means two year you study, third year you will working with full time paid internship and fourth year come back to university study and complete your course. Though tuition fees is Rs 10 lakhs per year. you can take a bank loan for 20 lakhs and pay first year fees and go. By earning part time job you can pay second year fees. Third year you will be paid for your internship on which you can pay final year fees.
