The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is used to select students for BA LLB (Hons) programs at NLIU Bhopal. This test is held annually. Candidates must have completed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate for general students and 45% for SC/ST/OBC students.

Manipal Law School admission to BA LLB (Hons) is based on merit in the last qualifying exam followed by a personal interview round. Besides, candidates need to complete Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate to apply for MLS BA LLB (Hons) programme. Once selection rounds are over, selected canddiates are called for document verification. Shortlisted aspirants need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

The admission process in this college is of three types. They are merit and management seat.
Merit admission to DY Patil School of Law for BA LLB course is based on MHT CET Law scores followed by MHT CET Law Counselling. So, for merit admission you should attempt MHTCET and have to score good marks to get seat in this college. Minimum required score for this around 102 marks
For management seat, you should directly visit the college admission department and do further process for direct admission. For management seat, principal and some other members of the college has to accept your admission. Then only you will get seat.

BA LLB is considered as top course at D. Y. Patil School of Law because Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated programme in Law offered by University of Mumbai, Mumbai with the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI).
Academics- The quality of teaching is good. The teachers are very good. They provide vast knowledge to students. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.
