The colleges in Punjab that offer direct admission to BAMS are as follows:
- Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar
- Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana
- Mai Bhago Ayurvedic College (For Women), Muktsar
- Saraswati Ayurvedic Hospital & Medical College, Mohali
These colleges allow students who wish to pursue their Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery to do so in Punjab without having to go through NEET marking.

No, you definitely don't need to prepare both the BAMS and BHMS syllabus for AIAPGET. The AIAPGET exam is designed specifically for graduates of Ayurveda (BAMS) or Homeopathy (BHMS).
Skip the BAMS syllabus if you're a BHMS graduation for AIAPGET, and vice versa. The exam focuses on your specific medical system (BAMS or BHMS) and its core principles, not both.

The eligibility criteria for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at School of Ayurveda, D.Y. Patil University are D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 50% in 12th. Check other B.A.M.S. courses at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre.
passed Class 12 in the Science stream with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) subjects and 50% to 60%. Candidates must have also passed NEET to get BAMS admission.
