No, I don't think maths is compulsory for doing BA in Political Science. Do not worry.

B.Sc. with history or political science will be a good option. The main parts of history and politics play a major role in civil service exams.

One can come to the campus and go directly to the Makhtab and get previous years' papers which will give you an insight of what would be asked in the exams, or follow any standard book on sociology and current affairs. That will do the trick. All the best.

It will give you wide opportunities to settle in the hospitality or tourism industry. Though other courses has its own value without putting it down. Yes, I think BA will be fine as there are multiple options for you as in you can:
1. Do Masters and then get into Teaching as a Lecturer in a College/University
2. Do B.Ed and become a School Teacher
3. Prepare for Various government. , exams and get a government job.
4. Crack UPSC-CSE
5. Learn some computer course and join some small firm.
