A pass in Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate is required to apply for AKTU BA course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. AKTU provides admission to BA course based on the merit in the last qualifying exam. 

Only after fulfilling the eligibility requirements, candidates must apply for the course. As the eligibility is sourced from an unofficial source, it is might vary.

Yes, a full-time Bachelor of Arts (BA) is available at AKTU. It is a three-year course divided into six semesters. AKTU offers BA through Janhit Institute of Education & Information and other institutes affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with the required minimum score are eligible to apply for AKTU BA course.

Conestoga College does not offer a BA in Sociology. 
However, they do provide a three-12 months Advanced Diploma in Social Service Worker - Addictions and Mental Health software, that is much like a BA in Sociology.

Intermediate in any subject with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) from a recognized board.
Merit will be calculated by considering the CUET UG Score obtained in the mentioned combination of subjects.

Yes, you can take admission in 2nd year directly but you will have to fill out the lateral entry form and you will have to be eligible for all the qualifications.

There are certain Eligibility requirements for applying for the course:
The candidate must have passed the Central Board of Secondary Education's (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary test, or any exam that is equivalent and offered by any State Board. He/she needed to have gotten at least a 50% overall grade with English as a subject. The minimum aggregate is relaxed by 5% for all SC/ST candidates.

NOTE ON COURSE DETAILS

Boys: 7740 rupees; girls: 6540 rupees

The JMI entrance exam is being conducted in offline mode. Candidates have to fill and submit the JMI application form before the deadline. Candidates who pass the JMI entrance test in 2023 are enrolled in a variety of UG and PG programmes provided by the various arts, science, and commerce streams. 

The candidates who manage to pass the JMI entrance exam are required to fulfil the Jamia Millia Islamia counselling procedure before fixing a seat for the JMI admission 2023.
