You can indeed pursue B.Arch after diploma in civil engineering provided you are using diploma as equivalent to 12th and seeking admission in 1st year of B.Arch.

Your JEE marks are quite low and through NDRI exam you can't get into B.Sc or B.Arch in IP, for admission in B.Sc or B.Arch in IP university check out the link below:

It's a graduation course in architecture.To get admission in IIT-Roorkee or IIT Kharagpur as only these two IITs offer B.Arch course, you have to appear in JEE Mains paper-1 (no need of paper-2) then you have to appear in JEE Advanced (for B.Tech you have to clear this also) after clarifying this you have to appear in AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) only then you will get admission at IIT. If you want to pursue B.Arch from NITs or other GFTIs (Govt. Funded Technical Institutes), you have to give JEE Mains paper-2 only, secure a good rank and get your college.
