B.Tech in civil engineering is a 4-year course for 12th pass students and B.Arch is a 5-year course for 12th pass students.
B.Tech in civil engineering deals with planning, construction and maintenance of structures such as buildings, roads, stadiums, dams, etc. Aspirant learns about making and planning of structure for personal and social use. B.Arch deals with design, planning and construction of buildings and other physical structures.
Basically, both are doing the job of construction and planning but B.Arch pass outs think design in mind and design on paper and Civil engineers think how to make and make the design happen in reality.

Hello,
Yes, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi is a good college for B.Architecture. There are a good number of reasons to accept this college. Apart from good structure and course curriculum, it is also a very sport oriented college. There is an innovation centre that provides research facility. It has well-equipped infrastructure with facilities of Wi-Fi and smart classes that enable the students to have better grasp over the studies. The faculty is quite experienced.
