I don't think that B. Arch is there in MNNIT especially at undergraduate level. I can't say clearly about post-graduation. But I strongly think that you have confused between MNIT to MNNIT. So please review it.

B.Tech and B.Tech are the two most preferred professional courses including law and medical with better scope in future. B.Tech has more job opportunities than B.Arch because it includes branches like CSE, civil, IT and mechanical. B.Tech is of 4 years and B.Arch is of 5 years. When it comes to campus placements the number of students placed in campus placement drive from B.Tech are much larger than the students placed through B.arch.
Summarizing, B.Tech will provide you much more opportunities but the future prospective are dependent on the students.

Mostly, you have to consider Maths and drawing part, because those are the topics in which you can get more marks. So, concentrate more in Maths and drawing.

Exam Pattern of B.Arch. JEE: B. Arch is a 3 hours exam based on Mathematics, Aptitude and a Drawing/Sketching Test. Since maths is a core subject, most coaching centers would have included maths in their mode of learning.

Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Architecture [B.Arch.]
The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into B.Arch. the student must be fulfilled the following conditions:
10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with compulsory subject of mathematics.
10th + 3 years diploma in any stream from a recognized university/ board/ institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture.

Yes, you have the chance to get admission in Integral University through lateral admission process (for the 2nd year) for this you should not have any carryovers in the previous years.
